PLEASE NOTE: WE ASK YOU TO DOUBLE CHECK ALL MEASUREMENTS SINCE ALL STAIRCASES ARE MADE TO ORDER THEY ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

IF THERE IS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR DAMAGE UPON DELIVERY. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR STAIRCASE BEFORE THE DRIVER LEAVES AND NOTIFY THE DRIVER IMMEDIATELY.

Please contact us within 24 hours if you have any issues and require a return.

Returnable Items

    – All other items (such as stair parts from our shop) can be returned provided they are in the exact same condition as when purchased.

Please contact us via email or phone to arrange the return of an item and obtain a return authorisation. Return shipping is to be paid by buyer. We will refund item once we have it back and it is inspected – a restocking fee will apply.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that all staircase orders will incur a full 100% charge if cancelled as they are made to order.
