If you need more information, clarification, or help using our online stair builder tool, just call us or drop us an email and we’ll respond as fast as possible. We have a friendly customer support team waiting to answer all your questions and concerns.

Order Tracking

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation from [email protected].

If you reply to this email it will go to one of our experienced staircase technicians. If you want to discuss any aspect of your order they will be more than happy to help.

The order can be tracked as follows:

Order placed – you will receive a confirmation email of your order and payment
Order ready for dispatch / collection – your order is now ready for dispatch (or collection if you have choosen this option) at our warehouse. If the order is being delivered you will also receive a delivery date.
Order dispatched – your order has been dispatched to you
